Just Divine Home Care provides professional, quality in-home care at reasonable and competitive rates. Because each client has different needs we give an exact amount for care costs after an in-home care assessment is completed.
What are my payment options for home care services?
Our services can be paid for via private pay (out of pocket) and/or via long-term care insurance policies.
Are your home care services covered through Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance?

Yes, Just Divine Home Care is licensed as a Residential Service Agency by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) Residential Service Agency. License # R2617.

Who can receive in-home care?
Any senior or other person who needs help with activities of daily living or companionship can receive in-home care.
Will I be able to reach a caregiver after hours? If so, how can I contact someone after hours?
We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you do not reach a staff member when you call, we will return your call within two hours.
How quickly can I arrange for service?
We can arrange for a caregiver within 24 hours.
Do you require a commitment to a minimum of hours and days a week in order to provide care?
Yes, we require a minimum of four hours per visit.
Are your services covered by Medicare?
Yes, we are happy to provide services wherever you call home.
Are your services available in nursing homes or assisted living facilities?

What if my caregiver is sick and cannot make it to my house?
In the event that your regular caregiver is sick or cannot make her shift, we will provide a backup caregiver within 12 hours.
What kind of services do you provide?

How are your caregivers screened?
We know that inviting a caregiver into your home is an act of trust. That’s why we work tirelessly to ensure that each and every caregiver we hire is mature, reliable, trustworthy, safe, respectful, and professional. We ensure that each of our caregivers:
- Passes a criminal background check
- Has a verifiable Social Security number
- Is eligible for employment in the US
- Passes a reference check
- Has a minimum of two years’ experience working in a hospital or nursing home
- Is thoroughly interviewed
- Undergoes competency testing and a thorough orientation process
- Is certified as a nursing assistant by the Maryland Board of Nursing
- Has a valid driver’s license when needed
- Speaks fluent English
What kind of training do your caregivers receive?
Our caregivers are all certified by the Maryland Board of Nursing. We provide our caregivers with additional specialized training such as fall prevention and dementia care procedures. All caregivers are provided with additional training based on the care needs of a patient on a case-by-case basis. For clients who need assistance with exercise, our caregivers are allowed to be part of the discharge process so that they can be trained by the (rehab) physical therapist just before discharge so that there will be continuity of care.
